

Hoot Crawford is active in local, state, and national bar associations. He is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Criminal Law Division of the American Bar Association. He is a Florida Delegate to the National College of DUI Defense, which is held each year in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is also a member of the Florida State Bar Association and the Bay County Bar Association.
Hoot Crawford is also involved in community and volunteer work. He is the Vice President of the Bay Arts Alliance and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit. In 2000, Hoot Crawford received an award from the Florida Supreme Court recognizing his pro bono work in the Fourteenth Judicial District.
